SIM DIOCESE

The Safe India Missionary Diocese, a vital part of the Anglican Episcopal Churches, is dedicated to serving God by serving humanity. Our vision is to establish a just, compassionate, and self-reliant society where every individual, particularly the poor, marginalized, and vulnerable, can live with dignity, hope, and purpose. We believe that true ministry encompasses not only spiritual dimensions but also social, economic, and environmental aspects. 1. Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ

We conduct prayer meetings, worship services, and pastoral care to encourage moral and spiritual values, guiding people toward a life filled with faith, love, and service. Our mission is to lead individuals not only to a better earthly existence but also to eternal life with God. The Safe India Missionary Diocese stands as a beacon of hope, faith, and service. Through community development, empowerment, education, environmental care, and our Social Care and Spiritual Mission in every congregation, we strive to transform lives and glorify God. 2. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

SIM Diocese actively works toward holistic community development. Our programs are designed to improve living conditions, create sustainable livelihoods, and strengthen social harmony. Key initiatives include supporting rural and urban poor communities, providing basic needs such as food, shelter, and sanitation, encouraging self-help groups and local leadership, and promoting unity and peace among different communities. We focus on long-term development rather than short-term relief, ensuring that people become self-reliant and empowered, with a significant emphasis on women empowerment, recognizing that women are the backbone of society.

3. SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Our income-generating activities, including tailoring, livestock, and small businesses, along with awareness programs on rights, health, and education, help women gain confidence, independence, and equal participation in society. We also provide leadership training for women in communities and churches, reinforcing our commitment to Skill Development Programs.

4. YOUTH TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Recognizing that youth are the future leaders of the nation and the Church, SIM Diocese invests in youth through vocational training programs, leadership and personality development, spiritual guidance, and moral education. Our employment-oriented skill training helps guide young people away from harmful habits while supporting them in becoming responsible citizens and faithful servants of God.

5. SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, AND ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES

The SIM Diocese is dedicated to improving the economic condition of poor families through livelihood support programs, financial literacy and savings awareness, and assistance for small entrepreneurs. We also provide support for widows, the elderly, and disabled persons, aiming to help families achieve financial stability and dignity. Our care for animals includes distributing cows and goats to poor families, training in animal care and livestock management, and providing veterinary support and awareness, which not only improves income but also ensures food security and nutrition.

6. SOCIAL FORESTRY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Environmental care is a major priority of SIM Diocese. Our social forestry initiatives aim to plant trees in villages and community areas, promote awareness about climate change, improve rainfall and air quality, and protect biodiversity and natural resources. We encourage communities to actively participate in protecting God’s creation.

SIM Diocese promotes formal education for children, support for school fees, books, and uniforms, as well as adult literacy programs and awareness on the importance of education. We especially focus on children from poor and marginalized backgrounds to ensure they receive quality education. Our commitment extends to caring for the most vulnerable, providing support for neglected and orphaned children, assistance for persons with disabilities, food, shelter, and care for the poor and homeless, and special programs for socially excluded groups. We aim to bring hope, dignity, and inclusion to every individual.
