LEGAL STATUS OF SAFE INDIA MISSIONARY DIOCESE
Our Philosophy
The Safe India Missionary Diocese (SIM Diocese) is a legally recognized Christian charitable organization in India, led by The Most Rev. Dr. Devadoss Pathra. Registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Regd. No. 65/2023), this faith-based mission is also compliant with Section 12A of the Income Tax Department, providing income tax exemption benefits for its charitable activities.
Additionally, the Diocese is registered with NGO Darpan under NITI Aayog and MSME under the Government of India. This registration not only strengthens its legal identity but also enhances its eligibility for social empowerment programs and charitable initiatives aimed at transforming lives. The SIM Diocese is dedicated to faith-based social service, community development, women's empowerment, and humanitarian mission work.
